Getting rid of most my succulents! Who wants?

If anyone would like any of my succulents except my hummell sunsets, let me know asap....I have no room for them, and I plan only keeping the gifted ones from friends here..The others sadly must go to people who I know will care well for them, and first come first serve..No one locally has the smarts to care for them and here I know there are plenty that will give them good homes..

You will be amazed at the surprises I will send you...Save your money before you head out and get more, since you may get one that you were thinking of buying anyway....The first ten or so people gets them all...

Tom, if I get a low response. I will gladly drive to your house or meet you somewhere since I am always out in western Ma, and give you a trunk load...

Renee, fixing/finishing it has been in the back of my head since, but I haven't quite had the pushing will to do it. haha. I keep myself busy in too many other things! lol. About the pvc, i'm doing my best to keep from creating a jungle of pipes and drip lines! I have the basic set up, and will cover it with mulch eventually...One problem I am facing now, it that there is an increase in the amount of pressure within the pipes because many of the sprinklers are now drip lines. I'm finding that there is a leak in the main conroling on/off valve thingy (not too sure what to call it). Will have to deal with that... Jcin LA, thanks, I really can't wait until the plants fill in. It's not only better for the environment, it's better for me! haha. There is a lot less maintenance that way.

Most effective way to get rid of ants

Amdro is an excellent bait for fire ants (It really really works when used correctly!) But it should not be used in close proximity to edibles. Fire ants take the Amdro into the nest, where it is distributed throughout the colony, including to the queen. For locations near veggies, fruit trees, herbs, etc., you can find baits with the active ingredient Spinosad. Look for "organic ant bait " on the label. Pesticide drenches and granules other than BAITS don't work for fire ants. Check out the Amdro....it's been used very successfully for a long time. As always, be sure you read and understand the directions before using. If Amdro isn't used properly, it won't work.

Ok...I got 9 requests already and a spot for one more.....

I am sure they will all be happy with all you that will be getting them next week...I only ask that you keep me updated on their progress once in a while so I can still feel connected to the..:-)

Al, those are staying and I definately have ROOM for those..lol
In fact, your's are worth occupying space on my very sunny window sill..The toad one, my mother took from me and put in her own sunny room...But is was your fault I had to get rid of my others to amke room for these...lol...Just kidding!

Rose is already potted up and I will be here to post a picture very soon..The other two, forgetting their names of course shares a space in my jade pots.

The only plants not going anywhere are the ones I got from all these good people..Those I bought, got for free, saved from near death, and was rewarded with for working volunterily at a nursery are all going to good homes to make way for my gifts..:-)

I will be sending them out all next week everyone, well to the ones that made the list..If I have anymore to give, I will continue the list in my e-mails..

I am sure my plants are going to be more greatful than all of you put together, since hey told me they didn't want to end up in the cactus graveyard, dumpster, or at my sister's home..lol
