I bet my BofP is 15 years old still growing leaves but has never bloomed. You're lucky !! Hubby bought me the plant pretty huge and says I must be doing something wrong but as long as it continues to grow large leaves something must be right..

Just outside Ottawa: our Grandpa Ott MGs are growing in two whisky barrels with tepees made of sticks on top. They are next to a warm south-facing brick wall. They have been in bloom since mid-July. I have not planted any seed for about 5 or 6 years - they just sow themselves. And I gather lots of seeds and give them away at our garden club holiday pot luck supper.

Very pretty! I love the colors. My TC haven't opened yet but have monsterously huge buds. Maybe this week, I'll enjoy everyone else's pic while waiting. Karen

My white one has a few blooms and several buds. It is still small. It is the daughter of a huge plant I had that suddenly started dying several years and I salvaged a cutting. I also have a deep pink one but it has only had one bloom so far.
