What's the tallest cactus that is hardy in zone 7a?

I would like to know the tallest cactus that grows in the same look or form as a saguaro cactus, and can grow here in the SE U.S.? Prickly Pear cactus can get pretty tall but I don't want a cactus with many sections and is not straight. I want one with a central straight up trunk (and maybe even side branches if there is such), that has the look of a saguaro cactus (or the look of a mini saguaro cactus) and can grow in zone 7a longterm. Most years it only gets down to around +10F, very rarely it gets down to 0 to -5F, and the all time record low here is around -10F in 1966. We get about 50 inches of rain per year, so I would likley have to build up a well draining bed to grow it in.

Any help would be appreciated.
