Black leaf tips on Aloe Noblis

Hi all,

I bought a small Aloe Noblis about two weeks ago from Lowes. It didn't look that healthy when I bought it, but it seemed to do better for the first few days after I brought it home. I repotted it in a slightly larger container with decent drainage, and have watered it twice in the last two weeks. The plant gets indirect sunlight and a fair amount of artificial light where it is located now.

The ends of most the leaves are now turning black and crumbling off. I noticed this was happening on a few of the leaves when I bought it. The plant has sprouted a "baby" which also has a black spot starting to form on the end of its leaves. The leaves are not soft or limp like its rotting, but I'm wondering if this is related to over-watering or lack of light, or if this is some other problem altogether.

Does anyone know what this is and how to stop it?
