help! newbie with dwarf meyer lemon problems

I have gotten so much help from this forum but i have never posted so I am hoping to get a little more.

Two weeks ago I got a dwarf meyer lemon tree from Four Winds growers and potted it according to advice here: soil, sand, peat moss, perlite, etc. I haven't overwatered, I put it outside on warm days, I keep it in the patch of sun in my living room which has southern exposure. When I received it the upper leaves were a yellow green with green veins but the lower veins were a nice dark waxy green. And some green leaves were a little brown at the end. Now there are some leaves that have cuts in them - they almost look like someone took a scissor to them. I haven't seen any ants or bugs, and I got the same size tree and potted it for my mom 3 months ago and her tree looks great and has flowers.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
