Spacing advice for new planting of succulent garden?

Hello from St John,

I am planting a succulent garden in a large area approximately 20 feet wide by one hundred feet long.

The area was previously planned as a driveway but as the view beyond this area is so spectacular I would rather my guests look out on a low growing rolling garden than a concrete driveway. I have been doing as much reading as possible and will have the appropriate soil brought in as my base but have some questions. I visited Hoaks nursery in Homestead and can purchase a number of the plants I want

in 8 inch pots. This garden has to look good immediately

and as these are slow growing I am unsure as to the spacing.

Should I just do groups of the plants as to what looks good when I will have to move them later? I will be ordering sencio serpens and senecio mandraliscae as fill in ground cover but how close can they be planted? Also best source of the scencios. Florida has a limited availablilty of succulents due to there weather only a few do well. I think we have the perfect conditions never goes below 70 limited rain rocky soil full sun and cactus grow like weeds.

All advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Alyce
