Mite damaged Meyer Lemon leaves- what to do?

I have a dwarf Meyer Lemon tree that somehow got mites during the winter while in my garage under lights. I didn't notice it until I put it outside earlier this year.

I promptly dispatched the creatures with insecticidal soap, but the leaves are still damaged- sort of a stippled light green/dark green just like in the pictures of mite damage. The leaves are kind of dull looking as well.

However, they're not falling off or anything, just looking kind of sad. The few new sprouted leaves look fine though.

My question is this: Should I remove the damaged leaves in hope that the tree will regrow some new ones, or should I just leave them there? Or is there another option?
