disease spreading through multiple trees, please help!

I have two dwarf container citrus that are showing a problem

one is a washington orange and the other is a ruby/blood orange (I think!). they are both grafted.

one of them was showing little spots on it leaves, and I ignored it. I just noticed today that the same spots are on the tree right noext to it, and I think it might be spreading to a third one, a lime tree.

the spots are really small, and covering all the leaves. the spots are small, as if they were sprayed on. the leaves are much lighter color than they used to be. the spots are not raised, and they cannot be wiped off. the dersides of the leaves don't seem to have any marks

the trees are watered through drip irrigation, so the leaves are not getting wet.

These trees are in Costa Rica, where they get very good sun, and are not overwatered.

any help or ideas would be wonderful, I REALLY need these guys to make it!!
