Indoors orange tree

ok, my mom got me an orange tree in a pot. it came with 25+ oranges, but my condo is around 64-70 degrees F during the winter time. So a lot of the fruit fell off (I also don't think I was watering it enough) and it shed A LOT of leaves. I only got 2 oranges out of it. then during the summer, I put it outside. so last summer (the first summer I had the tree), it got knocked over a ton from very strong winds. it seemed whenever a set of blossoms would come and go, the thing would get knocked over and then all the blossoms would be gone or broken off. I bring it back in with 2 oranges on it which prompt fall off a month or two later.

anyhow, now, all the branches are drying out and dying and all the leaves are falling off. I want to stop this. it may also have some sort of bug on it, but I'm not sure... I saw the "bugs" this past summer, but they had been on their since I got the orange tree so I thought they were just drops of something.
