Hi Everyone!

Please join me in wishing Mike a Happy Birthday!!!! ;-)

He's another year older today, and was probably hoping no one noticed. ;-) lol...

I know Mike gives his time so freely here,(all of GW for that matter) and to his friends, and I can't help but admire his energy and loyalty.

Mike, your a huge, wonderful part of my life, and I am forever grateful.

So,

A huge Happy, Happy Birthday!!!! I hope it's a great day!!

HAPPY BIRFDAY!
I hope your citrus get you something special, like a lemon perhaps. Citrus are not real creative when it comes to gifting.

Gee I've been away from the site for a while! What a pleasure to see this posting. Thanks for all your birthday wishes. I had a fun day with my sister even though the temps were record cold for this date. Woke up to flurries and below freezing, but we planned to go to a great yarn shop in Fort Collins (an hour's drive north of Denver) and went anyway. Had a great time, incl. lunch, am teaching sister to knit. Dinner in the evening at a local bistro near home with sister/bro-in-law/husband and a gift certificate to a local day spa. Couldn't have been better except for some sun and warmth! Lucy we were going to Chicago this week: theatre, visit with other sister, Notre Dame/USC game and business for my husband. But... he woke up Tuesday morning sick and we canceled the whole thing. We don't think he has the flu, but better to keep germs home than spread them around. So, anyway, it's warming up here again and I've put a few plants out for the day. Santa Rosa in a bright n/w window chock full of buds, Heloise has one bud, Cherub was struggling so badly I cut her back and put her in the basement, Peach Versicolor cut down by half, in a downstairs n/w window. omg thank you guys soo much! I saw this so late, LOL. I did have a wonderful birthday :D we crammed 12 of my friends into two rooms and had a massive halo 3 tournament, LOL. yes I am in fact a nerd and that was my ideal party XD my two best friends are amazingly incredibly great guys and on my actual birthday (the party was on the weekend) they took me tea shopping and we got a TON of different kinds of tea to sample (I'm such a tea snob, I won't even touch the stuff in bags, LOL). and they also got me some silly nerdy action figures and some super warm woolen gloves (omg the fingerless elbow length kind with the mitten cap, perfect gaming gloves XD) and a scarf - I am WAY set for the roaring white beast of winter which looms ahead! my brugs were also in full flush (another birthday surprise!) and I had to bring them inside cause it was like, 30s during the day for a little bit there (it SNOWED on my birthday!). I'm talking 10 foot tall monsters XD so the room was packed full of friends and blooms, LOL. what more could I have asked for? :3

Oh everyone..Thank you so much!

I actually heard my knee creak for the first time today> That could be a bad thing!

Jojo: How well you know me! Yup you did take notice and I am a bit shy..lol
I do though have to say that you have become one of my biggest blessings last year to this day! I am so honored to have you here with us too!
I remember a time when Josh just started and everyone else here for that matter:-)
I thank you for your love and kindness and kind words along with everyone else. I can only hope that I can continue to have energy and dedication to that of my plants and all those that could use some help!

Patty: I almost did that, but found a gardenia for only 5 bucks marked wrong..lol

Thank you. I am grateful I met you all this past year. I can only wish and hope we all live to see another good year of happiness and health for us, and our plants.

i'm assuming your citrus had a brain lapse, and didnt get you anything. Like i said up their ^ , While citrus are great friends, they arent the smartest of friends
