They also don't like to be near doors that open, or drafts, it likes cooler night temperatures 50F and fertilizer in Ausgust. Give adequate water to maintain bud set. Do not place them near unvented heaters, or rouch handling. Night temps, above 70F may stop bud setting. These plants need total darkness at night. The plants flower with temps of 55-60F. and cool long nights, for a 6 week period. There are many causes of bud drop. Keep it away from heating ducts, or near the fireplace of drafty areas. It also need 50-60% humidity. Let it rest after flowring for a month in a cool room , providing limited water at this time do not prune at this time, new growth begins in Feb.-march or early April then you prune or shape by pinching and it may flower more than once during the year. The reason I prune back the roots is so I can put fresh organic decomposed matter at the bottm for the plant to grow on for the next year and return it to the same size pot. The 'many' plants were geraniums......and that brings up a question...."were they pelargoniums"? or "Cranesbills"...the hardy geraniums. Pels are annuals....they are planted for show in the one season, then dug up in the fall and either kept going at a window or stored in a cool, dry, dark location for later use the next spring. If you left them in the ground, then certainly ---they wont come back simply because they are not perennials. If you planted cranebills, then there are any number of reasons why the plants might have succumbed to: too much moisture from snow melt, rain, you watering them, freezes, freeze/thaw cycles that repeat maybe bringing about heaving. Bugs, poor drainage, not enough sun....are just a few.

Unless that's an industrial machine, it may not be a Juki 201. The Juki 201 is just that ... an industrial machine. Finding manuals for older machines can be a problem. You could try a sewing machine dealer, to see if s/he has any stuffed in a drawer someplace. Watch eBay, too. Sewusa.com is another place -- they don't specifically mention Montgomery Wards in their listings of manuals, but perhaps they may know where to find one. A very long time ago, I had a MW machine that I had inherited from my mom. My SIL has it now (she inherited it from me when I bought another machine), or at least I think she does.
