Mary Fleming Rhododendron

I would appreciate some advice on this plant, please. I went to the nursery yesterday looking for a shade-loving plant that would grow to 3-4 feet tall. The lady there showed me the Mary Fleming, saying they grow to 4 feet with a 3-4 feet spread. She said they require shade and have the same requirements as other rhodies. Since I had never heard of Mary Fleming before, I took the lady's word for it. BUT, when I got home I looked it up online and found they get only 2-3 feet tall and like full sun - though they will grow in partial shade. Now I'm confused! I like the look of the plant and will keep it, but do want to plant it in the right spot. Have any of you grown these? How tall? And sun or shade? Thanks for your advice.
