D. capensis leaves curling downwards?!?!

I haven't been here for a long while, though now I shall continue visiting. Anywho, my D. capensis 'Narrow' plant is growing in my 10 gal terrarium that stays at around 80 degrees fahrenheit during the day, dropping 10 degrees at night. The humidity always changes, going from 40%-55% in the day, 70%-80% at night. I use two 26 watt compact fluorescents, and two 15 watt tubes. My plant also has a bunch of dew and is actively growing.

So, my question is, why do its new leaves curl downward as they unfurl, and then stay like that?
