A little late, BUT...

Our office was broken into Saturday night. The bums broke into the restaurant next door, and then came down a back hallway we share to our back door and busted it in. Broke our cash register, took the coin change, opened all the drawers, left the computers, and stereos. So, I'm dealing with the police and locksmith today, as they took a backpack of my hubby's to carry the coins away, and there may be a key to our office in it.

So, how's your day????? LOL!!!

I packed some of the cuttings in moss. Just unwrap and put into small pots with loose potting soil that has added perlite. Don't remove the moss from any roots that have formed , just plant cutting and moss. Don't water too much! Keep on the dry side and in shade the first week. The cuttings in pots can grow in the pots for a little while longer.Some of the packages are the long triagular ones. Do no remove plants thru the end openings. I packed plants & cuttings so you need to open the box along the long length of it to remove them.

I also received my brugs from Brenda...and It was such a nice surprise ! She sent such a GREAT selection, and I honestly NEVER thought I would have a collection like the rest of you BUT now I am happy to say.. I am a brug-a- holic..and Id love to join the rest of you at the meetings..ROFLMBO !!

I will SOO enjoy watching them grow over the winter, and I just cant wait to be able to show pictures in the spring !!

Aboout the break-in- Our alarm was not on in our office! Duh!! Mostly the robbery just made everyone paranoid. My husband is still locking all our doors at home- a first for us, living out in the country with six noisy dogs to scare off strangers. Not too much lost but always brings a feeling of violation. This is a first for us in 12 years there and we are not in a good neighborhood, so we have been fortunate. BTW, the alarm is always on now when we leave!
We have not caught the bums but that is probably what they are, bums, excuse me, not being PC here, homeless people, in the area. Thanks for all your support and concern.

Well, I just dug a bunch of my brugs, with the help of my grandson, Nathan. I'm leaving Adeline to bloom, since I only had two so far, and she had 12 buds on her- getting some color today. I dug up Lucero- he is scalped!! I will post a photo later. Back to work!
