Random plant in one of my pots!?

Hey everyone,

I have a pot full of baby Venus Fly traps.

And as they grow, the old leaves die and wither away.

Well actually, the dead leaves just sit there, sticking up. So the pot looks green and doted (from birds-eye view).

So being bothered by this, I decided to take action and cut off the dead leaves.

After taking out a majority of dead leaves, I discovered something new: A random plant that is not a Venus Fly Trap was growing amongst these baby Venus Fly Traps.

So far, it looks like grass or something. It's also a baby... whatever it is. It has red tips of the leaves it produces. And at the end of one of these leaves is a tiny "bulb" or ball or whatever it is. I still don't know what it is... I'm leaning on it being a tiny pitcher plant of some sort.

The figure of the plant that was not covered by moss and Venus Fly Trap was structured in the same way a pitcher plant would: Leaves forming the "stem". Or however you can best describe it.

Like I said, it's a baby. And a tiny one, indeed.

What should I do?

What is it?

I am beyond baffled.

Please Help.
