Yellow Tips of Meyer Lemon Tree

Foodtrees

Hi, I have a little 2.5 foot tall Meyer lemon tree that I recently moved from a 15 gallon pot to the ground. It wasn't looking extremely great in the pot, but it was doing ok.

Well, after transplanting it to the ground about 1 month ago, it really started showing improvements and put on a ton of flowers (very nice fragrance). The problem is that now the tips of the leaves are showing pronounced yellowing. This is mainly just at the outer tip of the leaves, so I find it kind of odd. I added some organic fertilizer, but haven't seen much of a difference. What is your opinion of what's causing this yellowing? Chlorosis maybe?

You can see my video of this tree on Youtube at:

Appreciate any feedback. Thanks
