Welcome to the forum, ibartoo. Yes, I have an Eleanor McCown that blooms mostly white-ish flowers with red or pink streaks. But some times I get a few full pink blooms. I placed a link below to a bad picture that I took last year. You can see the full pink blooms mostly on the lower right quadrant of the picture. I have not gotten blooms on E/M this year so I do not know what to expect. This is some times caused by DNA instability and by viruses at other times. Luis Here is a link that might be useful:

"Dinnerplate" is an old term still used by big commercial - usually catalog places that don't know any better- to denote the size of the bloom. It used to be the AA sized blooms-- 10" & above. The term referred to the fact that the plants put out blooms that were large across but really shallow. The AA sized blooms brought out in the last 20 or so years are NOT referred to as dinnerplates as they are almost as deep as they are wide- in fact, when we AA dahlia hybridizers hear that term used by a retailer of dahlias it really sets our teeth on edge as they are most likely selling flat, AA sized dahlias to the poor unsuspecting public who then try to show them & wonder why they don't win in any show! Bah! It also gripes me when catalogs come out saying a dahlia is "exclusive" to that catalog when it's been on the open market for upwards of 15 years! (Whew- glad I got that rant out of my system!)

Hi 2009 Value of ornanet tree or lumber are huge diffrent. Ask to arbolist who can value the maple tree. If you have to replace speceimen tree is very expensive. Somewhere between $20.ooo to $50.000. If you go to curt , you have to have someone who has credential so that a judje will lissten your side of story. Contact to local ISA chaper/International soceity of Arbolist or TCIA / tree care industry association. Both have web site. You have to prepair and get all information togather. centimental value has lot's to do when you ask for compensation. keep it in your mind that "act of God" and negligence is diffrent story. Careful here. That cleanout is in an open area in the floor. If you install an expanding test plug as was suggested above the threaded rod and nut on the plug would extend slightly above the floor surface and present a trip hazard. The same would be true if you installed a threaded sleeve and a conventional cleanout plug. In this case the Nut on the cleanout cap would also extend upwards above the floor, creating a trip hazard. The proper solution would be to cut the pipe flush with the floor, install a threaded sleeve flush with the floor, then install a cleanout cap with a recessed square wrench opening to insure there is nothing protruding above the floor line.
