Some pics of Blue Waves look more ruffled and crinkly on the ends, but it could be that one. Still no clue about the rest. The one with the flower stalk is still hanging in there, but one of the aeoniums is about to bite the dust (the other 2 are ok).

It need more light. Lots more light. Greening up in the center is normal in the winter as new leaves are being formed. They will darken up with exposure to light. Leaves falling off faster than usual can indicate too little water, or too much water causing root or stem rot. Brad

The soap isn't the best for plants; many ppl use the soap solution but try to use castile soap for it. Most soaps and dishwashing liquids should not be used on plants. Do you know what is in the mix you got in nursery? Ingredients should be listed on a bag. Sand and peat are often used a lot, and neither is adding drainage, rather interfering with it. You could get bag of perlite and add lots of it to your existing mix (like 50%). IMO, plants would be better potted separately. Easier to water (some need much less, like aeonium right now), and some will grow much faster and crowd over the rest. I keep aeoniums in mostly shade right now, they get about 1.5-2hrs of early morning sun. And very little water. 'Kiwi' looks quite good still (same as your plant) and so does A. canariensis:

Hi there, It appears that there are some issues in regard to how you treat the plant. First, I would say that your plant is struggling with the current mix. It would be great if you could tell which type of succulent soil mix you are currently using. If you are referring to the packaged succulent soil mix, such growing medium usually hold too much water for succulents to survive in general. Those black spots appear to be the 'too much water-stored' indicator, I'm afraid. I would suggest removing those spotted leaves to prevent the healthy parts of the plant from infection. They should come off easily. Please check the root system and cut those dead and rotted and let it callous over. In my experience, the mix that I plant my succulents contains scoria, perlite, and a little proportion of akadama, all of which are inorganic materials, i.e. gritty mix. You can have some searches in this forum with many variations in terms of the mix's components. Second it is the watering habit. Spraying does harm succulents in a great degree, which certainly causes rots to happen. The widespread of black spots is the solid evidence. Succulents in general should be watered only when the growing medium is completely dry and in the pot not on the plant. Water should run thoroughly and out the pot's drainage hole. The pot must have a drainage hole !!! P/s: Sorry for being nosy but I guess that you are from and are living in Vietnam?
