I don't garden at all so any advice is really appreciated.

I have ice plant for many years covering a small slope on the side of my house. However this year some patches of it dried up and turned brown and gray.. My landscaper said it will grow back if I water it more. I've been watering it with the "miracle grow" sprayer once a week. However I want to help it out and throw in new seed.

What would be a good mix in to the ice plants.

Usually most of the slope will be magenta when it blooms. Since patches of it is brown now.

What would be the cost if I pull it all out and start with new ground covering. it is about 700sq ft of the slope.

Please advice. My home owner association is not happy with the way my slope looks. They may penalize me if I dont take action. Thanks
