I recognize those brugs from last year. They are beauties. What are the names of those fuzzy fellers ? Is that a NBJ under pic 3?

Yeah, i can't wait till their in full bloom. Jim, we havn't names the birds, but my little cousing calls one of them Chico. haha. maybe we'll keep that name for one and come up with another name for the other. What is NBJ? In the third picture, under the brug, is a dwarf valencia orange. This is the first year it has fruit (only one though) The following years should be more fruitful.

I like the four o' clocks in broken colors better than the solid colors. Does anyone else have cool-colored four o'clocks?

Here are two Brachychiton seedlings i am trying to bonsai. (lol a myself). I grew them from seeds that i collected from trees at the local IRS office (hey, they're good for something after all!) I have a large rock in the pot so that the roots can grow around it. In a couple of years i'll repot the brachychiton and expose the roots, which will hopefully be grown all around the rock. Any advice on bonsai'ing? i have no clue and to tell you the truth have never even read up on it.

And i spoiled myself with two Aloe Marlothii. Here's one of them. These are cheap at this size, but REALLY expensive when older. I got these for four dollars a piece.

I truly enjoyed all your pictures, your flowers are gorgeous.

I really love that photo with the Wyoming canna and the dramatic looking sky. The flowers even look ablaze!
NBJ=night blooming jasmine (cestrum nocturnum). Those grew good for me in a desert climate, amazingly ~I always thought they needed humidity. They bloomed for me around Christmas there instead of during summer like they do in the south.

Yes, plants can be found at the dollar store. They can be found for free when you make trades with people here on gardenweb but never follow through on your end. Especially when you do it lots of times to lots of people, before the word finally gets around. Just saying.

To explain a bit of the above: when i first joined GW, i was really into the seed trading forums. I traded a lot and for several reasons did not come through with several trades. I've appolagized and been away from the trading forums for a long time already, and really don't plan of being active there again. well, there's people who track my every move and sabotage every attempt to carry on an informative conversation. I've emailed romando with an appology so we'll see how it goes. I appolagize to you all for all of this.
