Adenium arabicum going yellow...any suggestions why?

Hi there, I have a problem with one of my arabicum seedlings.....and wouldn't you just know it, it's the best one too! I noticed a couple of leaves had begun to change colour slightly the other day and now another one has started to yellow. Is this just natural loss, a defficiency of some kind or is something else happening? This particular plant has always been a little unsteady in it's pot, so today I tipped it out to check the roots. There weren't that many and most looked OK if only a little thin so could that be the answer do you think? No leaves have dropped, they all feel normal and the caudex is firm. All of my 10 plants have had the same treatment as regards feeding and have had hardly any during the winter months. I am not sure what is going on really and could do with some advice please.

I do hope I can save this as it's the biggest/nicest of my 3 Black Pearl's.

A worried Gill from the UK.
