What a cute little baby! Its probably eating whatever comes to pollinate those blooms. That is another of your Lizards I have kept. A calotes species I think.

Nice photos. P.miribilis has'nt got much to offer in looks until it blooms,then you get those huge lime/white flowers that more than make up for its tall grass like appearence.Almost as large as an Alcantarea imperialis bloom. It must be an easy one to polinate too. No wonder it gives you a zillion seeds. That little lizard is definetly posing for you,just like the big time models do for the fashion mags.Quite the 'ham' ;^)

Actually, there would be a dozen of these baby lizards around my spiney garden.
I've often seen their mother digging my cactus pot and laying her eggs.

Good bug controllers here..I have 6 different kinds and there are hundreds of them.....I avoid spraying except in an area where I can control pesticides otherwise I use systemic granuales..dont wanna hurt the little dragons and other benefical animals

Wow, you not only get great detail in all of your photos, Stephania, you get your models to hold still for you too! I have a lot of similar little guys running around, but by the time I go get the camera and try to get in close enough, they're gone.
