Stokes Aster - If you've grown seed from named varieties...

How did they do? I'm curious whether they got tall and floppy like the species or stayed more compact.

These are fairly new to me so the verdict is still out but so far they've had a very long bloom time and I love the flowers. I just don't get very many at a time. I haven't tried deadheading because I wanted to collect seed for winter sowing. I have Klaus Jelitto and Honeysong Purple but only collected seeds from the HP because I like the darker color.
