Yes! I have Tiger eggs!!!

I had been noticing a yellow female hanging around. And, then a male patrolling for a female. I was worried that the 2 would never meet.

Yesterday, I found "3" eggs on my 5 ft. Cherry tree!!! Yay!!! I debated on what to do with possible frosts and freeze predicted. Last night, I took in 2- 8 inch stem cuttings, smashed the stems, and stuck them in some water, and left 1 egg on the tree. The cuttings look fine this morning!!! I haven't had any luck with getting Tiger eggs to hatch in the past. So, wish me luck!!! I just love the lil Tiger cats!

The tree is planted in the wrong spot. It is in full sun, and stays chloratic. I know now, that they were meant to be an understory tree. Sure makes finding Tiger eggs alot easier. I add Chelated iron about 3 times a year, and it's mulched with pine needles. I have another seedling that I'm going to put in a more morning sun area. Any ideas on how to green up the leaves?
