broms and e-bay scammers

It's amazing (and sad) that E-bay lets a certain seller (starts with m-a-n) profit from sales where the plants in the photos have obviously been subject to a massive color saturation-job by Photoshop. Not to mention, every plant she sells has a cute nickname or is "rare". I've contacted the powers-that-be numerous times with no action taken. I'm worried that collectors new to the bromeliad world are going to be suckered by this shyster. Yeah, I'm venting, (and you've heard this before) but the Forum's been kinda quiet of late. Anybody got a new approach? Here's a sample of what PS can do...
