Seeds on the LA ... Do people cross what ever or ...
Comments (23)Folks thanks for the kudos on that seedling. That's whats so neat in hybridizing for us....the unknown factor! With the little hybridizing we've done...we've had some dumb luck involved with crosses produced. As the old saying goes...even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then. With all the possible combinations of genetics in a cross; does anyone think given any one cultiver, that all attributes have been discovered in it? We sure don't! Bob, We know where you live and you'll be the first in line if we decide it's not going to stay here. We'll bring our shovel with us when we visit you this year. You have some things we'd like to talk you out of in your seedling beds we're sure! We're lilydude on the LA...remember the email about the seeds you purchased? moongardengirl, Get some Ed Brown or Mandalay Bay Music. Both have produced good seedlings although in our limited experience with Ed Brown it doesn't like to give up some of it's attributes so easily. You'll get seedlings from both that will make you happy in your first experiments. Cheers, Bruce and Tanya...See Morehave: more free seeds (sasbe offer)
Comments (27)I have emailed everyone that responded with my address, but unfortunately I am already seeing the "no follow through" trend happening again. As stated previously, I am not following up with individuals directly. If you have not received my email, check your spam folder, I would have responded to your email within 1 day of you sending it. If more than two weeks has passed since we corresponded, your seeds have been added to the "seeds available list" for others to take, as I've had no further correspondence or indication the sasbe was even sent. Here's the updated list: Angelica Archangelica x 2 Angels Trumpet White x 2 Baby's Breath x 1 Bachelor Buttons Mixed x 5 Black Eyed Susan x 2 Calendula x 1 Coleus x 1 Columbine Mixed x 1 Datura 'La Fleur" Lilac x 5 Foxglove Yellow x 1 Hollyhock Black x 1 Hollyhock Burgundy x 1 Iris Yellow Flag x 1 Liatris x 1 Lychnis Coronaria Fuschia x 1 Maltese Cross - lots Malva Moschata Pink - lots Malva Moschata White - lots Mexican Hat (Ratibida Columnifera) x 1 Pink Peony Poppy x 1 Shasta Daisy Alaskan x 1 Snapdragon Tall Pink x 1 Watermelon "Crimson Sweet" x 1 Watermelon "Jubilee" x 1 White Birch x 1 Thanks....Heather...See MoreFree Pink Amaryllis Seeds
Comments (112)Cody, Here's some photos: About every five years, I take five or ten aluminum cans and make a new pack of strips that will last me for a long, long time, as I only use them in potted plants. When those run out, I make a new pack. The sample one above only has a hole in it because at one time I used to put the tags hanging on wire stakes in my pots. They make too much noise for me when the wind blows and I like my current method much, much better. As you can see, the one above is from 2011. Heck, you can still see the ink (even though you don't need the ink). Carol...See MoreFree adenium seeds from my cross.
Comments (33)Hi from Norway! I wonder if you still got seeds (free) available? It's difficult to get a hold on them in Norway, really I can't find anyone, I have to look across the border. I`m trying for the first time growing them myself, but still, wait for a result from some seeds I got from Denmark, but they are too old to grow, dried up like "powder" and there is not any sign for life in my "nursery". I know I`m an armature, but try to follow every step about planting seeds (adenium) which I have learned from YouTube. Since I am struggling with a low pension, free seeds are very tempting and be sure the seeds are not dead(too old). Mr Jedoba, I would love to get free seeds if this is still an option??
