Frontier Elm - anyone got one?

Tell me about the Frontier elm (U. parvifolia x carpinifolia). From what I can tell, it basically looks like an U. parvifolia, but with ordinary bark (not lacebark) and amazing burgundy fall color.

It seems a tad small for a real "shade" tree, but suitable, mainly due to it's nice foliage and good fall color, as an accent tree, or for under power lines.

Who has one and what can you tell me about this tree?
