Need help identifying this old rose

This rose has grown in our garden for somewhere between 80 and 90 years. it sends out long, skinny canes that sort of flop over a low wall. While I was not watching, one year it tip rooted, and made two entirely new plants of itself, each one about 3 ft from the original. It blooms 8-9 months of the year. It only gets about 3 feet high, but puts out long canes that could be tied up to a climbing structure if there was one. It is one of the few roses left in my garden that is yet to be identified - can anyone help? Here are pictures:

It doesn't make many hips - here are two, along with some new growth:

It is fragrant, too! It gets a little black spot when it is wet, but I never spray, and it does not defoliate. Any suggestions for further research would be really appreciated. Thanks -

Jackie
