Floribunda ideas for cottage garden?

So, like many people on this forum, I've received the Edmund's catalog and its got the gears turning for next spring. (I haven't even finished with this year's yard work.) I'm thinking of a floribunda for a corner in my front garden. In early June I have some outstanding 'Heart Attack' Dianthus. After their peak, they look wretched and empty. I'm looking for something to take over at that time, possibly cover-up the remnants of the Dianthus. It should be 3-4' H. I'm looking to obtain the tumbled-over, slightly thrown together look of a cottage garden, so I do want to 'tuck' it in to a smaller area with other plants in the close vicinity. After browsing the catalog I'm looking at:

Europeana

Julia Child

Livin' Easy

Vavoom

Walking on Sunshine

Sunsprite

I'd appreciate any thoughts or ideas. I like the saturated colors. Yellow first for this area, followed by orange and then red. I'm a bit hands-off when it comes to spraying or treating, but I haven't been doing this long enough to be set in my ways in this regard. Thanks!
