My first post, thanks to all who contribute to this useful forum.
The picture is the front and back of some leaves from a rose that I planted this spring. The yellowing has just appeared and from my initial internet research it seems to be Rose Mosaic Virus. I have planted a number of roses in my garden this spring and they have all seemed healthy but this is a concern and I am somewhat new at dealing with rose maladies, hence my post.
The black dots on the back side of the leaves are of interest because I have not yet found any reference to that particular manifestation.
One other detail is that this has only appeared on the side of a plant that gets hit by a sprinker which pre-exited the rose.
So, am i looking at RMV? (don't see how to embed photos so the link provided should suffice for the curious)
Thanks in advance!
