Looking ahead to next summer: help me pick two new roses?

I'm going to diversify my roofdeck more next summer due to my thrip issues, which twisted most of the rose blooms this year. However, in addition to non-negotiable standbys (Honeysweet, Molineaux, Earthsong, Belinda's Dream, Touch of Class, Gemini, and a few others), I plant to leave room to try two varieties that I haven't tried before.

-- One should be a rugosa of some sort

-- One should be a super-pretty Hybrid Tea-style flower

Both need to be hardy, nearly constantly blooming all summer, disease resistant and very, very fragrant. I don't have space for anything that doesn't earn its keep all summer long.

Any and all suggestions (particularly with respect to the rugosas) are welcome.
