Rose gardens in NY, spray programs

Just visited the botanic gardens in New York and Brooklyn. Cranford Rose Garden in Brooklyn was past it's peak bloom and had a lot of blackspot (even more than in my no-spray garden).

But the Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden (NYBG) was beautiful.

Good thing I didn't visit before the Roses Unlimited sale (I would have spent way too much money!) because they had a lot of the varieties that were in that sale and they looked great! In fact, I thought I saw some RU tags on some of the plants.

Anyone know what the fungicide programs are for these 2 rose gardens?
