Rose campion is Lychnis coronaria and it comes in the common cerise, white and white with a cerise eye. The nearest I have seen to a red version is L coronaria 'Atrosanguinea'. If you Google image Lychnis coronaria you will see several other coloured named varieties but how true they are I can't tell.

There is a plant actually called 'red campion' which is a common European wildflower but it is Silene dioica, not a Lychnis.

Two closely related species in the same Family, (Caryophyllaceae), are Silene regia (Royal catchfly) and Silene virginica (Fire pink)

Both have brilliant red flowers and are native to the eastern states.
Some particularly attractive selections of Silene regia have been given cultivar names and are often available at local and online nurseries.
Both species are easily grown from seed and you might check with seed sources that specialize in native wildflowers.

If you plant white and cerise in the same area together and let them go to seed, you should find yourself with some pretty pale pink ones. They are a short-lived perennial anyway, you need to let some go to seed to keep them going. Don't think I have ever seen a red one, tho.

There's a sterile variety with double dark cherry-red flowers called 'Gardner's World'.
