Quercus coccina (Scarlet oak), is it juglone sensitive?

Just wondering.

So far I have found two conflicting lists concerning scarlet oak and juglone. The Morton Arboretum reports it as tolerant while "native backyard.com" reports it is sensitive. I'm leaning towards Morton but would like to know if anyone has experience with scarlet oak near walnuts.

My spot is going to be 70 foot or so away from the nearest of a row of walnuts but it will get some walnut leaf debris as I take care of leaves by mowing and spread them all over creation.

Half the reason I am asking is because no oaks ever seem to sprout up in "walnut row" despite there being four large ones in the neighbor's yards and mine. The ash and cherry trees do though.
