Coffee Shop Score!

Several coffee shops have recently opened in our area and I've arranged to pick up spent coffee and tea grounds from two of them. Last week was my first week and I averaged about a 5-gallon bucket (combined) a day.

I'm lasagna composting a 20'x40' area and have layered cardboard,grass clippings, and shredded leaves. It's only about 4" deep at this point.

Now that I am bringing home grounds daily what's the best strategy? Is it better to broadcast the grounds across the whole space or concentrate them in a small area until they build up to a certain depth?
