Has anyone worked with Neem Oil?

A few weeks ago I found 3 of my standard violets (in full bud and bloom) had developed powdery mildew. I watched it for a few days and it got worse so I tried several home-remedies and none of them worked. Then I made a trip to the Violet Barn and Rob recommended I use Neem Oil. I made the mixture using the directions on the back of the bottle (dissolved Neem Oil in some warm water and dish soap), sprayed those 3 plants and was thrilled that they did not shrivel up and die! Actually the leaves are quite shiny now.

Today I found 20 more plants with the beginnings of Powdery Mildew also, even after adding a fan. I had a few cups of the Neem Oil mixture left from before - my question is whether I need to warm it up before using it in the pressurized hand sprayer or can I use it cold? The mixture seems to be well blended still.

Hoping this works once and for all before I lose the whole collection .......
