amendments for sandy soil

I would appreciate some help with a recipe of amendments for sandy soil which I am planting marathon 2 grass from seed. To keep it simple, can you share your thoughts on a good ratio of the products offered at Lowes or Home Depot [i must do this using bags as opposed to having a topsoil company dump it in my driveway]

So... as an example perhaps it would be 3 cu ft of Premier peat moss (or other), plus to 20 cu ft of Kellogg N'Rich Organic Compost (or other), plus 20 cu ft of Kellogg Amend.

Could also use the E.B. Stone products from Armstrong Nursery if you have ideas along those lines.

Thanks so much
