Looking to acquire perennials for new garden...and advice

Hello

I'm starting a new garden along the side of my house. It's going to have mostly perennials, and these are my ideas of what to put in there so far:

Stachys "hummelo" (got it)

Lysimachia punctata (got it)

Lupines (morello cherry, noble maiden, and governor) got it

Agastache rupestris

Agastache cana "purple pygmy" (in the front)

Double flowering hollyhocks (in the back) got it

Monarda (not sure which cultivar, what do you think??)

Phlox (really like "david" and "bright eyes", what do you think??)

Campanula "white clips" (in the front)

Echinaceas (not sure which cultivars, any ideas??)

Penstemon (not sure which cultivars, any ideas??)

Black Mondo Grass (got it)

Heucheras (any ideas??)

I'd like to get most of this planted this year and I'll plant the lupines next year (too late to start from seed). What I'm really wondering is, do you think I can pull this off?? I know the plants have different needs but I recently started vermicomposting so I'll have plenty of great compost to get them started. Will also be amending heavy clay soil this year to loosen up the soil a bit. Also, do you have any of these plants (other than the ones that say "got it"??). Still trying to get this whole thing put together.
