Is March too late to 'winter' sow in Z6?

User

I collected a lot of milk jugs and styrofoam fish boxes, but some family events distracted us and we didn't sow anything. Now we are heading into the last week of February and we all have the flu. It's going to be the first week of March before I can plant anything.

We just got a nice layer of snow - but is it too late to actually be "winter" sowing? We're Zone 6 in Pennsylvania.

This was my winter-sowing list:

early peas and beans

early bush cukes

spinach

lettuces

celery

Pennyroyal

Gaillardia

Profusion Zinna

Dusty Miller

Rose Campion

Yarrow

Blackberry lily

American pennyroyal

Hollyhock Chater's Double
