Hello again, my friend wants to give me some Snow on the Mountain or Bishops weed and I was researching and found that it can reseed and was wondering if it would reseed in Wisconsin or does it get to cold? And can this plant withstand heavily saturated areas from time to time because where I planted it it is at the back of our lot behind a small creek that fills up only in rain storms and in spring with the melting snow and in all through out the year the creek is filled for about a month each year with standing water. So I want to put it behind the creek so that it can spread without murcy but if it crosses over the creek it would be in a small field of cone flowers, rubeckia, black eyed susans, Echinacea and other flowers like that and its taken awile to build that small field and I dont want snow on the mountain in it.
Thanks for the help hope I didnt confuse anyone if I did just ask so I could clarify
Thanks again
