I could cry....should I cut them back?

My June flush is pretty much laying on the ground! The roses were so loaded with buds and blooms....then for the past 4-5 days we have had rain. The almost continuous daily rain has cause almost all canes to bend to the ground with the weight. They will never dry out and spring back as we are supposed to get more rain for the next 4-5 days. The canes are almost layered a foot deep. All the beautiful blooms....

But my main concern is will this destroy the bushes? Should I be going out, between showers, and pruning the blooms off to give the roses a small chance at becoming somewhat upright again? Or just let mother nature takes its course?

This is Morden Belle. She normally does have long arching canes. This this is more than "arching"!

These 2 photos are of a grouping of Champlain, an Explorer Rose. They were so full of blooms!

Any suggestions?
