Chrysler Imperial - Isn't he purdy?

I said "no hybrid teas" in my new yard because of disease but I saw a Chrysler Imperial at Sears garden center in April and felt sorry for him and brought him home. CI was the first rose I ever grew, about 20 years ago. I invested in some Bayer 3in1 systemic and removed the yucky leaves. He is in exile on an island in the middle of a pond. Southern rose lovers can probably sympathize. He was promised a mate if he behaved, and he has certainly given his best. I am seeking suggestions for a partner for him. Maybe something white and fragrant?
