Can't help with yellowing leaves without more detail. There are a dozen possible causes. Where on the plant? What pattern on the leaf? Or uniform? Could the soil be waterlogged?

I would guess that that particular spot is not draining well--needs lots of amendments mixed in it to improve drainage.

Is the ground lower where that rose is planted? Maybe too much water is running down there and just setting--thus waterlogging the plant.

Those are just guesses--but two common reasons for yellowing leaves.

I have the same thing going on, only one is so yellow it's almost white. it's a mini. Another in the row with dark green ones all around it. I don't know what to do for them. It's definately not drainage. They're all treated the same as far as fertilizer is concerned.

I'll post pics when it stops raining ..sigh...they are just yellow turning to brown...it isn't back spot and no mosaic pattern either. Pics to follow asap. THANK YOU for the help. c

If you rock the plant back and forth, is it solidly in the ground or does it move?

All leaves on the mini are yellow or white, now turning brown on the edges. The other one has faint green veins. Thanks michaelg

If the veins are or were greener, and it starts on (or is worse on) the newer growth, it is iron deficiency. This is caused by high pH (soil too alkaline). You can apply a cup of garden sulfur to the soil, which acidifies very gradually (a year or two) and apply an iron product from the garden center.

If it starts on or is worse on the older leaves, it is a different problem.

You should put a photo.
It could be lack of water.
It could be normal growth, if the plant drops the lower leaves as it grows taller and larger.
It could also be chlorosis, i.e. lack of iron.

A phot owould help determining the right cause for the yellow leaves.
