What's on my lilies?

I keep finding this tiny bugs on my lilies this year. They are on the underside of the leaves and the undersides of the buds. I've been hitting them with water to knock them off, but this is the third time in a week or so that I've had to do it, and it is extremely time-consuming to have to do this to each leaf and bud individually.

They are tiny, tiny, tiny, a beige-ish color with a dark spot on their backs, almost triangular in shape (the dark spot, that is, not the bug itself). It seems to have several legs, and one I saw in profile may have even had wings. I don't think this is the dreaded lily leaf beetle, as I kept an eye out for them earlier in the season.

They don't seem to be eating anything - no leaf or bud damage in that way - but several of the buds are shriveled up, as if they've been sucked dry.

Any ideas? And any other (longer-lasting) options beside spraying with water?

Thank you,

Dee
