Can someone ID please? The label says 'Alba Semi Plena' BUT ...

... the flower looks more like Alba Maxima. I don't mind, as I love the bush, the flowers, the leaves, the whole package, but it has NO PERFUME!!! At best, I can only pick up the lightest flower aroma. Weather, time of day, age of bloom don't seem to make any difference. As far as I can tell, my nose is reasonably sensitive in detecting perfume but this rose has been olfactorily disappointing. In the ground for 3 years now and 5 feet tall, so it's not such a baby. Do Albas take their time to develop scent?

More to the point, IS it Alba Maxima? Here are buds and an open bloom (petal count: about 26):

more flowers, leaves and stems:

the whole bush:

The flowers open blush-pink and fade to creamy white. Here in Zone 9, it blooms once mid-May to mid-June for about 5 weeks. Anything else I can post to aid identification?

Many thanks to anyone who can shed any light!!!
