OMG -- You ARE addicted ! LOL ! Join the club :) Are you putting them outside ? I live in Wisconsin , right in the heart of the midwest - Milwaukee - USA ... and right next to Lake Michigan. Weird weather ! Heat , humidity ,cold temps ,rain and snow . I decided to make a bunch of plate flowers to hang on my bare wooden fence. I have about 20 plates hanging on it . They have braved the weather for 3 years now - all year round with no problem :) I used GE silicone 2 ..... I glued hangers on the back with the silicone also - looking at them , I would bet they last for another 5 years ! I highly recommend it -- I hope they have it by you ! PS - if you are addicted - this is the best place to be !!!

Wow Shelley you have really been busy! What beautiful flower pots and hanging baskets. Congratulations for putting together such a beautiful display. I love the bicycle pot holder and I can imagine how good it must feel to have your own pool right in your back garden. I know what you mean about deadheading. With my roses it's also an ongoing task but isn't it wonderful to sit back and enjoy looking at your work! Wish I had put our garden on a self watering system too, but heck it's also a good feeling to wander around with a hose and keep in touch with every plant. Other than than we use sprinklers with a timed shutoff. SharonCb

The tomatoes are in the oven as I write. They soaked all night, and have been in the oven 8-9 hours already and beginning to look like they are drying. I have a new Thermador oven that actually has a dehydrating setting on it, so it's getting it's first try. Besides eating these out-of-hand how else do you use them? crumble them over things? I can't quite see all the marinating and drying only to toss them in a pot of sauce and have them disappear.

Thanks, and I am sorry I did not get to it or at least some of it. It has been hetic around here with DH having test regarding his breathing and heart, flu going around, getting a shot for my back etc. thanks again marie
