Can I use maggot infested compost for...

I'm using a compost bin that turns and is suppose to compost in two weeks. It work well last summer and I started a second batch a couple weeks ago. I used grass clippings, dried shredded straw, shredded brown paper bags, and kitchen scraps (fruit and vegetable scraps only). I turn the compost everyday and break up any clumps that have formed. It is moist, but not overly wet or dripping. I've noticed the past few days red bean like sacks and maggots in the pile. Now every time I open the bin tons of tiny flies come out and more red sacks.

I was planning on using this batch of compost in my vegetable garden. My question is can I still use it with the flies and maggots? Will they harm my growing plants and vegetables? Or will they just go away on their own?
