watering plants with dirty aquarium water

I have a pet turtle (aquatic) and a couple goldfish in a 40 gallon aquarium. I clean the tank every few weeks by siphoning the dirty water into a bucket. Because turtles are notoriously dirty, there is always a lot of poo and other residues in the water when I vacuum the rocks at the bottom of the tank. Because most of the fish and turtle waste sinks into the rocks, the water I siphon out from those rocks looks very cloudy with wastes.

Do you think it would benefit my plants to water them with the dirty aquarium water every time I clean the tank? I am growing 13 tomato plants in the ground out back in my garden.

I would imagine the soil life would love turtle and fish poo. Can anyone confirm/deny the validity of this? Also, can anyone tell me if this sounds like a safe practice?
