Engine Stalling

I have a Kubota TG1860G garden tractor with a Kawasaki FD590v water cooled engine. It was running great until last weekend. I may have put some old gas in it. Now it runs fine until I engage the blades and after 5 minuts or so it starts to stall. Feels like it's running out of gas. I removed the old fuel, replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the bowl on the carb with carb cleaner. Still no luck. It will run fine parked at high rpm but when I actually mow it stalls. If I push the choke on it will stay running. This tells me it must be a fuel starvation problem. I've cleaned the gas cap. Not sure what else to try. The carb is hard to access on this unit too. Any suggestions or ideas?
