Ughh! Rabbits eating my newly planted bands

The first victim was Raubritter. Then last night I came home from work to find Mme Hardy and Ferdinand Pichard nipped off and Graham Thomas (a much larger grafted plant) nibbled. I put the chewed off tips in water thinking I might be able to use them as tip cuttings (the rabbits bit back to sturdy wood)

All three band roses are just bare stems sticking out of the dirt now. I'm sure they will grow back if the rabbits leave them alone but they arrived with buds and I was so hoping to see them in person this year.

I sprinkled rodent repellent (bob cat scent) around each rose hoping that will deter further mid-day munching.

I've never had them bother my roses before- these smaller plants must be too tempting.
